Intellectual Property & Authorized Manufacturing Policy

Original and Authorized Designs Only

We accept production orders based on client-owned designs, original sketches, technical packs, authorized reference samples and properly licensed brand materials. Customers are responsible for confirming that they own or have permission to use all submitted designs, trademarks, logos, artwork, labels and other intellectual property.

No Counterfeit or Unauthorized Brand Production

We do not manufacture, reproduce, promote or sell counterfeit goods. We do not copy third-party trademarks, brand logos, copyrighted artwork, product packaging or protected designs without written authorization from the lawful rights holder.

Custom Branding Requirements

Custom logos, labels, embroidery, jacquard patterns, prints, hangtags and packaging are available only for branding owned by the customer or properly authorized for use. We may request supporting authorization documents before accepting an order.

Reference Images and Samples

Reference images and physical samples may be used only to communicate general construction, fit, material, knitting technique or quality requirements. They must not be used to reproduce protected brand identities or create products intended to appear genuine products of another brand.

Order Review and Refusal

ZF Knitwear reserves the right to reject or cancel any inquiry, sample request or production order that may involve unauthorized trademarks, copyrighted designs, misleading branding, counterfeit products or intellectual property infringement.

Customer Responsibility

By submitting designs, logos, artwork, labels or reference materials, the customer confirms that they have the legal right and necessary authorization to use those materials. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all intellectual property information provided.

If you believe any content or product shown on our website may infringe your intellectual property rights, please contact us with supporting details. We will review the matter promptly and remove or correct verified unauthorized content.
